Internal alterations to include: refurbishment of the internal shop area to use as a restaurant with seating and serving counter for in house and take away service, refurbish basement area and install new commercial kitchen equipment, alterations and installation of new toilet facilities, new wiring, install fire safety signs and equipment, installation of a dumb waiter/lift between shop floor service area level 1 and kitchen area level at basement; alterations to shopfront glazing to include the replacement of existing plate glass with laminated glass to existing doors and window; change of use from retail (Class E) into a mixed use restaurant (Class E) and hot food takeaway (Class Sui Generis).

Replacement of existing window with a new window in the rear roofslope; replacement of existing rooflights with new enlarged rooflights in the front roofslope; replacement of 3no windows with a single window to the side of rear back addition at first floor level; replacement of existing doors with new enlarged doors at ground floor level to the rear elevation; alterations to the pitched roof of single storey back addition to form a flat roof with 2no rooflights.
