Demolition of side extension and erection of single storey rear extension. Side extension with pitched roof to match existing house /erection of outbuilding at rear garden (Lawful Development Certificate Proposed) - DUPLICATE

Erection of a dormer to the rear roof slope and outrigger, and a single storey rear extension. A building certificate has been issued for the loft conversion and 3M extension planning ref 20/00361/LP refers. This did not include extending the existing attached brick built storage cupboards which currently sit flush with the rear wall of the house. I contacted the planning officer (Alexander Green) who advised another application was to be submitted so that a further certificate can be issued to include this.
