Alterations and enlargements comprising : To rear elevation: Replace existing sunroom with single storey rear extension, remove first floor balcony and replace with juliette balcony. To east (side) elevation: Remove bay window and replace with french doors, widen existing window. To west (side) elevation: Remove existing bay window and replace with square bay window, replace french doors with window. To front elevation: Remove two single garage doors and replace with one double door, add a cantilever porch.
