Certificate of Lawfulness for existing Farmyard Cottage has undergone various alterations and extension since the last Certificate of Lawfulness application in 2001 (01/01029/EUC). Extension of the house in the form of a Garden Room to the north-west elevation. The creation of a portion of first floor space in the south-western end of the house and the replacement of a rooflight with a dormer window. The conversion of an integral tool shed into living space and the alteration of the roof and installation of glazed french doors. The construction of a small linking structure linking the Garden Room to the converted shed.. Installation of a small window to the utility/study.
