Commencement of planning permission granted on 5 March 2018 (RN: 17/11348/FULL) for the: 'Use of the existing building at first, second, and third floors as visitor accommodation (Class C1) and associated external and internal works' prior to the expiry date of the permission and therefore that the development as permitted can be completed at any time in the future.
