Confirmation that the permission dated 17.09.2019 for Variation of Conditions 6 and 7 of planning permission dated 10 May 2018 (RN 18/01163/FULL) for the erection of a single storey roof extension with terraces to provide hotel restaurant space (where the bar and restaurant could be used by members of the public as well as hotel guests) , incorporating a new plant area and facade works to the existing building was lawfully commenced within its time frame and that it is lawful to complete the outstanding works.
