Use of land for siting a mobile home for use ancillary to the main dwelling.

One single storey side extension less than half the width of the dwellinghouse and a detached outbuilding under 4m high and more than 2m from the boundary to house a gym.

It is proposed to day board a maximum of 3 extra dogs at the premises (no overnight boarding), 5 days a week. Pick up and drop off times would be between 7:30-9 and 4:30-6 and staggered so that only 2 extra cars per time. No changes proposed to the building or garden. No proposed signage. The dwelling would remain the same and the front of the house as seen from the street would remain the same.

Use of the dwelling house to provide care and support to a maximum of 3 young persons (aged between 6 and 18 years). Usually no more than 3 adult carers resident at the premises at any one time (plus a manager visiting between the hours of 9am-5pm). There would typically be a maximum of 5 cars parked on site each day.

Occupation of the dwelling known as Lydiates House in breach of an agricultural occupancy condition attached to planning permission ref 992/75 for in excess of 10 years.
