Construction of a temporary works compound within field to the east of Cockfosters Road, to provide an operations centre for the construction period of a new water main adjacent to the site, including stripping top soil and providing suitable temporary hardsurface for construction vehicles and plant; temporary cabins for offices, welfare units and storage; security fencing.

Changes to the existing office buildings include changes to the curtain walling at ground floor. New double access doors for loading and deliveries will be added to match the PPC of the curtain walling and in one location on each building a new kitchen vent will replace a panel. Previous kitchen access and ventilation removed and made good to match adjacent curtain walling. Re-locate kitchen vent. Apply a vinyl film to the inside of the glazed curtain walling. A retractable roof guarding rail will be added to both roofs. Two new generators will be placed on site in the car park secured by fencing at a maximum of 2m in height. (Amended Description 26.06.20)
