Confirmation that the planning permission dated 17 February 2020 (RN 19/04081/FULL) for the "Refurbishment, alteration and extension of existing building, including new seventh floor and rear lightwell infill to provide additional office accommodation, change of use of part ground floor to flexible Class A1, A3 and/or D2 and/or B1 floor space and other associated works" (as amended by non-material amendments dated 24 October 2022 with reference 22/06967/NMA), has been implemented before 17 February 2023.

Subdivide the redundant accommodation currently used by Eagle Heights as Office, Storage and Aviaries, to create 7 new units (Units 13 - 19) within Use Class E. This includes pedestrian access at the front of Unit 13, flat roof on top of the existing aviaries to create Units 14 - 18 and alterations to fenestration
