Single storey rear extension extended 4metres from the original rear existing boundary wall and not to exceed 4m maximum height from natural ground level to the heights point of the slope roof. eaves not to exceed 3metres from the natural ground level to make the above compliant with obtaining permitted development rights for a single storey rear extension.
