Certificate of lawful development for proposed conversion to rear of garage area for a utility room and to upgrade external wc building that is to be internal to dwelling house. The garage roof (rear section only) to be converted to a flat roof that will require an increased height in the existing eave height (as shown on drawings). An existing conservatory to be converted to an extension to form internal habitable space to the house and upgrade existing above ground elements to meet regulation for the use of a habitable heated space.
