Alterations to existing dwelling to include addition of flue to serve fuel burning stove, support of existing sagging roof to first floor bedroom, vaulting of roof above existing living room into existing roof space and installation of glazed floor panel above basement room

Removal of mono pitch roof and construction of pitched roof together with associated random stonework wall to reinstate historical form of pitched roof to outbuilding to west side of farmhouse

Replacement roof

Internal and external works, to include demolition of an existing kitchen extension, erection of new single storey rear/side kitchen extension and rear open porch addition. Works to outbuildings, conversion of former stables into home-office and stable attic rooms to bedroom suite and repair or replacement of roof.

Refurbishment of 2 Science Laboratories. New roof finish and photovoltaic panels to Science Block

Repairs to roof

Demolition of existing conservatory and erection of 2 storey side extension, replacement link roof and replacement window and doors to existing kitchen area.

Various internal and external alterations, including reinstatement of the former porch and new canopy-style porch, works to chimneys, re-roofing dormer, replacement kitchen floor, extractor hood ventilation through the external wall to the kitchen, and an external cast iron ventilation hood. The provision of a storage mezzanine within one of the structural bays of the old bakehouse.

Replacement flat roof finish to existing rear extension, replace bathroom window, replace boiler room door, new french drain and soakaway, and relocation of oil tank
