Reinstatement front access gates, repairs to front boundary railings, like for like replacement of front balconies to ground & first floors, replacement of second floor rear juliet balcony, alterations to rear soil and wastewater pipework, addition of third floor rear extractor fan, repaint front render and internal alterations.

Internal alterations to layout, installation of new window to rear side elevation of the outrigger, a new timber front door and new sun tunnel rooflight to side roofslope.

Reinstatement of rear and side windows and first floor cantilevered bay. Internal alterations to basement, ground, first and second floors to reinstate internal partitions and stairs.

Removal of rear steps to basement level (retrospective).

Reinstatement of fire resistant partition and fire rated doors.

Proposed minor demolitions/alterations, repair, extension (including single storey extension to link the Manor House and Tithe Barn and accessible lift to the northern side of the Tithe Barn) and use of the listed Manor House and Tithe Barn for the retention of the Moulsecoomb Social Club (Sui generic), and creation of a hub use incorporating a mix of public house (Sui generic), restaurant and events space (Class E), 10no guest bedrooms (Class C1), partial demolition of flint walls to garden area, bin and cycle storage, provision of ground source heat pump and associated alterations to hard and soft landscaping.

Internal alterations to layout. External alterations including 2no. new doors to side at upper ground floor, with bridge and railings. Replacement of existing tiles to pitched roof with solar PV tiles, and flat roofs to be replaced like for like. Landscaping and new boundary treatment including hedge, pier, railings and access gate. Existing paving extended to proposed parking area and path. Erection of single-storey outbuilding to side.
