Existing paving extended to proposed parking area and path. Erection of single-storey outbuilding to side.

Erection of two storey rear extension with roof terrace above, alterations to existing roof terrace including addition of glazed staircase enclosure and replacement balustrading & decking, reinstatement of balustrading to first floor front elevation and internal alterations to layout.

Roof alterations to include replacement skylight, replacement roof lining, cement fibre roof tiles and replacement of plastic rainwater pipes with cast metal rainwater pipes to the rear.
