Repair and maintenance work to the roof of Northcote House to include new roof slates, new flat roof membrane, replacement dormers and rooflight, new ridge and hip tiles.

Internal reconfiguration and enhancement of thermal envelope of existing property, alongside landscaping works including pool and gym. Key proposals include; thermal lining and glazing upgrades, replacement timber double glazing, minor layout adjustments mainly restoring to the original configuration of the house, reinstatement of window openings, new windows and dormer set back from main facade and roof.

Proposed internal and external alterations to a dwelling house- Installation of new internal partition walls to provide fire protection for means of escape, forming new door opening between GF rooms, alterations to existing doors and windows to rear elevation at basement level and installation of new timber glazed doors, installation of new floor access hatch and fixed timber ladder down to cellar, form new WC to half landing level between GFL and FFL, install new polyester powder coated aluminium glazed door to existing roof terrace and the removal of the modern handrail to roof terrace and installation of new glass balustrade.

Internal and external alterations to the Grade II* Listed Meeting House, including installation of a new external ramp in the south elevation portico: installation of a new internal security door and glass screens; reinstatement of the first floor galleries seating; new AV and lighting to the internal worship space; installation of a new commercial kitchen in the existing vestry; and repairs to the vestry roof.
