Internal alterations to 235 -239 High street (Almshouses) to form fire break compartmentation in the roof void & stitch repairs to the gable end wall of 235 High street. Formalisation of alterations & proposed repairs to 241 High street.

Restoration of stair core, new lift & ensuite guest bedrooms, new ground floor toilets, alterations to central service spaces.

Internal alterations including the reinstating of a previously removed dividing partition at first floor level in existing bedroom 1 to create new bedroom 1 and 2, creation of a new en-suite bathroom and dressing room within existing bedroom 2, reinstating of original doorway in bedroom 1 to provide access into new dressing room area.

Internal alterations comprising removal of stair and infilling of aperture, alterations to existing en-suite, new partitioning and decorations. External door to kitchen removed and infilled.
