Alterations and repairs to roof, roof structure and dormer, repair and capping of parapet gables, addition of stone coping, repair of front chimney stack and demolition of rear chimney stack

Internal works include: Ground floor: replace floor structure, insert new partitions to form bathroom, replace wall linings, replace doors. First Floor: Replace ceilings to bed 1 and 3, replace internal doors, insert new partitions to form en suite, replace wall linings, insert ridge support and beam to support roof structure, replace dormer window structure, part demolition and rebuild of 2no chimney stacks. External alterations Include: Front SW elevation: Remove canopy, replace 4no windows including dormer. Right flank SE elevation: Remove canopy, replace 1no window. Rear NE elevation: Replace 2no windows, insert 1no new window, insert roof light, remove canopy. Left flank NW elevation: pantile roof section replaced with Kent Peg tiles. Replace external paint finishes. Re roof inserting membrane.
