Insert glazed doors set behind the existing timber doors on SE elevation. New opening. Conversion of stables to guest holiday let accommodation to include removal of staircase & pizza oven. Extend mezzanine floor, insert partitions & staircase. Reinstate 2no door openings to SE elevation. Replace existing door on SE elevation. Glazed panel fixed within existing NE elevation opening. Insert 2no high level windows to SE elevation. 3no existing stable doors to NE elevation altered with glazed openings fixed internally. Upgrading of roof insulation and services to Beech Cottage to form managers accommodation. Upgrading of roof insulation and services to Gardeners Cottage to form guest holiday let accommodation. Remove window to SE elevation & insert glazed door with stair access.

Erection of new pier to form pedestrian gated entrance and alterations to section of raised wall adjacent to the stable block (existing pier to be demolished)
