Replacement fencing; conversion of ground floor of annexe to two bay garage and cladding the annexe building with black feather board. Alterations to fenstration and openings on annexe and either side of the link (between the main house and annexe) with double glass doors and replacement tiled ridge roof. Internal alterations to remove internal walls, cupboards and elevator, infill door openings, install new internal walls and create new internal openings.

Erection of single-storey rear extension with link through to main house and new front and rear entrance ways; removal of chimney to rear; alterations to front porch; addition of timber cladding; erection of fencing to side and installation of air source heat pump. Internal alterations: removal of boiler; removal of internal wall to ground floor sitting room; alterations to internal wall and replacement bathroom to first and second floors.
