External and internal alterations to Brockwell Hall and the Stables Building associated with the change of use and relocation of uses across ground to second floor to provide offices, meeting rooms, volunteer space, function and events space and a café; specifically including the removal of partitions in the ground floor function rooms, raising the floors, restoration of the original layout of the stable block and repositioning the staircase. Erection of a single storey extension and provision of level access to the building, installation of a lift within the main house and a terrace in relation to the café. Provision of additional public toilets and toilet facilities within the main building, associated landscaping works and provision of refuse storage.

Erection of a single storey rear extension, rear excavation to create light well. Internal works to include addition of dividing wall at basement level. Addition of original door to ground floor front room and conversion of the rear room into kitchen. Demolition of first floor central wall. Installation of en suite at second floor level. New joinery to be installed throughout the house including replacing with original doors, skirting and cornices which in some areas have been defaced.
