Structural and cosmetic repairs to first floor classrooms of the Wickham Court School rooms 33, 34, 35, 36, 41, 42, 43 and Shower Rooms, including adjoining internal corridors, external brickwork, stone window surrounds and metal casement windows following failure of the load bearing brickwork supporting two horizontal steel beams over the Austen Hall below the first floor construction. Additional repairs required to the Lennard Wing Staircase resulting from water damage to wall, ceiling and rafters.
