The carrying out of alterations to include the demolition of the existing rear extension to Forton House, alterations to the existing curtilage listed roundhouse and stable building, and erection of a greenhouse on existing brick footings in the listed curtilage of Forton House.

Repairs and conversion of two storey stable and adjacent single storey piggery into a residential annexe for Wadeford House and the formation of a new access drive and parking area. Relocation and replacement of existing domestic boiler oil tanks to a new enclosure adjacent to the piggery. (Revised application 19/02215/LBC).
