Renovation and restoration of existing buildings at 10 and 11 West Square from 4 laterally arranged flats to 2 houses, including improvements to the frontages and some external and internal alterations. The proposed development includes new infill rear extensions at basement and ground floor levels and the re-instatement of the garden boundary between the 10 and 11 West Square properties.

Listed Building Consent to seek amendments to the scheme approved under LBS reg no 17/AP/3071 for alterations to enable a change of use of Beltwood House (a Grade II listed building) from a Class C2 residential institution to provide 7 apartments and alterations and extension of the existing Gate Lodge. Works proposed to the main house include: reduction in the number of apartments from 7 to 6 (consolidating Units 02 and 05) and alterations to the internal layout. Works proposed to the gate house include: introduction of 2 conservation rooflights to rear extension, internal alterations and replacement of modern door with new door, sidelights and canopy.
