Listed Building Consent: Maintenance and repair works consisting of preparation to ground floor of front building to 33 Manor Place, making good and decoration of ground floor walls and internal window frames; replacement of existing ground floor toilet sanitary ware; removal of glazing above dwarf brick wall in ground floor entrance hallway; floor levelling screed to bath house and wash house; replacement of small roller shutter in Bath House; replacement of existing light fittings with LED light fittings, closing up of small Bath House entrance door and removal of some first floor partitioning in the front building.

Listed Building Consent: Retention of works following the replacement of existing conservatory with single storey rear extension; replacement of concrete tiles on existing kitchen extension with natural slate and cement corrugated covering; insertion of a roof light to existing ground floor rear extension; alteration of first floor extension to house bathroom. Reconstruction, refurbishment and extension to 8 Addington Square, including demolition and reconstruction of entrance hall, demolition of existing ground floor rear extensions and replacement with single-storey rear extension with flat green roof, extension and part rebuilding of existing side extension with another storey and front elevation line, new railings to match No.7 Addington Square, new boundary wall at ground floor to alley, new flat roof to the bay window, replaced rear glazing, repair/replacement of rotten windows to front, re-rendering of original house facades and internal structural works.

Repair works: 1. Replace modern felt roof finishes to 1-5, 31-42 Pump House Close and carry out roof repairs to apartments 1-12, 70 Renforth Street with grey coloured liquid membrane. 2. Replace modern lantern timber side windows on a 'like for like' basis to 31-42 Pump House Close and carry out lantern timber side window repairs to Flats 1-12, 70 Renforth Street.

Restoration of the box frames and replacement of the life expired sashes throughout the house, on a 'like for like' basis, 5 no. sashes on the front of the house and 3 no. windows on the rear elevation.

Listed Building Consent for internal and external works to convert the former community centre into a residential dwelling. Works include refurbishment, remodelling and repair of the house and outbuildings at lower ground floor level. Upward extension to the rear extension at ground floor level. Creation of an opening and w new window to match existing fenestartion. Repairs to boundary treatments. New timber fencing to boundary walls and new cast iron railings to facade facing the driveway.

Renovation of the external appearance of this Listed Building rectifying inappropriate works, mostly dating from the 1980s when the property (with adjacent property) was a London and Quadrant Hosing Association group home for the mentally handicapped. Additional fire doors were required for that use, but on sale and conversion to residential flats c 2001 some of the old features, such as the prominent alarm box and basement window guard were left in place. Internally the door frames from some of these additional fire doors were left in place rather than stripped out. The proposed works seek to rectify this and correct other non-compliant alterations such as the added uPVC windows, added to the rear, and reinstate as box sash timber framed windows
