Repair, restoration and refurbishment at roof level of Hill House, involving the replacement of felt flat roof covering with roof covering in glass reinforced plastic (GRP), installation of insulation and a waterproof membrane. Restoration of the main slate roof to include salvaging existing tiles where possible and replacement slate tiles, construction of new falls and replacement roof lantern and flashing details.

Repair of rear WC annex, provision of insulated wall and roof for energy efficiency and formation of an internal door connection to existing house.
