Internal and external alterations in connection with retail fit-out, installation of non-illuminated signage and installation of external plant to roof and associated cabling and pipework

Change of use of former school, to the York Minster Refectory (use class E), to include new restaurant, kitchen and plant, creation of level access, installation of platform lift, internal alterations, new service doors, re-roofing, integration of solar PV panels and external repairs; and creation of a new Public Open Space, including external landscape improvements, gazebo, parasol bases, ice cream hut, railing relocation, cycle parking and cycle service hub

External works to include refurbishment of existing windows, doors and shutters and repair works to roof guttering/downpipes/fascia boards, replacement extractor and works to outhouse to repair roof and replace door. Internal works to include alterations to non-original stud partitions and opening of covered fire places.

Internal and external alterations associated with Change of Use from dwellinghouse to offices including improvements to disabled access; alterations to heating; installation of new WCs; create opening in stud wall and remove cupboards on first floor; install fire doors throughout; replace roof materials on single storey west elevation; new gateway in car park wall with lantern lighting; and new extract fan louvres in east elevation

Internal and external alterations in association with change of use to hotel to include erection of glazed roof over rear courtyard, display of 1No. non illuminated projecting sign, removal of ground floor suspended ceiling and erection of new stud walls

External alterations to include upgrade of auditorium roof (including ventilation dormers) with insulation; insulated warm metal roof (non-ventilated) to Fly Tower with solar PV panels and smoke vent access hatch and; LED lighting to auditorium.

External alterations to replace existing concrete tile roof with pantile roof

Internal and external alterations to first floor kitchen including removal of internal walls, raising of suspended ceiling, replacement glazing to 2no rear windows, removal of modern extractor fan, replacement external modern vents with lead plates, and new external extractor to be positioned within existing small canopy to the roof

Internal and external alterations to ground and first floors including removal of bay window to rear and entrance to side, demolition of brick wall and removal of gate on rear patio, existing window and door openings on rear extension to be altered with installation of new bi-fold and entrance doors, installation of oak beam in kitchen in conjunction with enlarged opening, reconfiguration of ground and first floor with removal of a ground floor rear partition internal wall, installation of new cupboard doors on first floor, and installation of 4no. roof lights to rear extension

Internal alterations including installation of 2no. fire doors at basement level, replacement of 1no. door at ground floor level and external alterations including installation of new roof, minor landscaping works, paint external masonry, fascias and soffits to main building
