There is a wrought iron fence to the front of the building on either side of the main entrance, access is restricted to maintain the grounds maintenance due to health and safety reasons, we would like to make an amendment to the fence on either side where a gate would be created for access, in keeping with the type and style of the fence and using as much of the original materials as possible.

Fully refurbish current eat in and takeaway restaurant to suit new brand. Install new kitchen, amendment to current floor layout and new joinery/fixed seating items.
