Works include refurbishment, remodelling and repair of the house and outbuildings at lower ground floor level. Upward extension to the rear extension at ground floor level. Creation of an opening and w new window to match existing fenestartion. Repairs to boundary treatments. New timber fencing to boundary walls and new cast iron railings to facade facing the driveway.
