Removal side storage shed and provision of new storage/shed in the garden and replacement of timber fence with brick garden walls. Removal and replacement of first floor rear window in restored opening with new timber sash window. Secondary glazing to existing windows. Provision of rooflights to flat roof at first floor.

External alterations to include erection of a pitched roof and the replacement of stone slate roofing and lead finishing.
