replacement Listed building consent for: 1. Removal of the existing dilapidated front wall to the main house and replace it with 850mm high front wall and 1210mm high piers constructed from tumbler blue headers for pier caps and top of the front wall with red brick and blue engineering bricks below DPC level. 2. Perimeter front and side wall to match the same materiality of the proposed front wall to the main house.3. Existing vehicular gate and pedestrian gate to be replaced with 1500mm high vehicular timber slatted double door entry gate and 1200mm high timber slatted entry gate. 4. Removal of existing dilapidated timber constructed log store structures and replaced with single storey rendered store with GRP flat roof. 5. Open canopy log store with timber supports with GRP flat roof. 6. Planting of 2 No. silver birch trees. 7. 2.2m high feather-edged fence to match up to existing feather-edged fence located along Glovers Close. 8. Replacement of existing timber double doors to rear hall. Match existing with double glazed units installed and fully glazed sidelight. 9. Renewal of tarmac to the driveway for vehicular access and main driveway. 10 Natural stone paving added where indicated. 11. Internal staircase to the main house reconfigured. 12. Low level shrubbery added to the perimeter of the proposed wall as indicated.

Re-roofing of The Deanery and Fell Tower, Installation of ventilation details to the lead roof. Installation of insulation to roof voids, installation of trace heating and sump pit alarms to the lead gutters. Installation of lightning protection, Alterations to the existing mansafe system. Insertion of draught proofing to the timber windows Localised masonry repairs and external decorations.

Garden works to rear to remove T1 Cherry tree, replace staircase between LGF to GF garden levels, replace timber decking to existing roof terrace, minor works to reduce existing retaining wall height, construct new timber pergola and shed and replace timber fence to one boundary wall.

Listed building consent to demolish outbuilding at rear including removal of tree. Partial replacement of existing roof covering to annexe with polyester felting system and associated works.

Rear infill single storey extension incorporating alterations to mono pitch roof and new crown roof with plateau roof light. Replace material on metal flat roofing. Apply through colour render finish to rear extensions. Replacement windows and doors to include new front door. Upgrade rainwater goods. Various internal works to include replace oak stair case with wrought iron balustrade, replace internal partition with glazed door and screen.

Replacement of 2no roof lights, stone work repairs to window mullions, timber repairs to sash windows, timber door and stonework repairs to hood moulds, repair chimney crown and repairs to boundary wall.

Proposed rear single storey flat roof extension. Add an area of paving, re-render damaged walls, and remove a tree (following approved applications 20/05055/LA and 20/05054/F).
