New internal walls erected to allow for the creation of a ground floor corridor and one 1 bedroom dwelling on the ground floor, with the installation of a WC to the retail units and kitchen and bathroom to the residential accommodation. Internal walls added to create shower rooms and installation of kitchens to create two 2 bedroom first and second floor apartments.
