Single storey rear infill extension, alterations to fenestration to the rear with replacement window in existing dormer window. New internal walls erected to allow for the creation of a ground floor corridor and one 1 bedroom dwelling on the ground floor, with the installation of a WC to the retail units and kitchen and bathroom to the residential accommodation.
