Listed Building Consent for proposed works to existing rear dwelling: restoration of/like for like replacement of pantile roof and renovation/preservation of derelict building interior. Damp-proofing / lining of internal walls as appropriate, removal of deleterious cement from and re-pointing of external walls.

Renovation works to the existing roof structure to form necessary additional head height for the existing first floor habitable rooms.

Additional first floor, single storey flat with a green roof and courtyard area above the ground floor shop extension to the rear of No. 22 Regent Street. To create an additional bedroom to the existing attic flat with a matching tiled mansard roof between 22 and 24 Regent Street. To renovate and restore the old shopfront to new arched windows to match previous existing.

Remedial works to the roof and entrance stair to include renovation of left hand side roof including new slating, improved insulation between rafters, new flashing and re-pointing to chimney stacks, together with re-cladding of front entrance stairs in Portland stone. Alterations including repair / replacement window and door joinery; roofing repairs; alterations to window openings; removal of non-traditional features e.g. 20th Century chimneys and rainwater goods, render, bow window, removal of non-original partition walls. Renovation, extension and conversion of existing garage block to form garage and ancillary accommodation extension.
