External and internal alterations to the house including roof lights, changes to the staircase to the eastern end of the main range, remodel kitchen, replacement of windows, enlargement of attic windows, remove cement render and replace with lime render and insulation, and to re-roof the main house. Alterations to the elevations of the barn to the north of the house and the conversion to a residential outbuilding. Works within the garden to form a walled garden with associated greenhouse and garden store, a hard surfaced and decking area to the south-west of the house, the laying of hardsurfacing to form patios and paths, and a new boundary wall with gate. Addition of a tank and screening to the west of the barn

Construction of detached cartlodge. Remove all roof tiles and re-tile on new breathable underfelt and battens, re-using existing tiles and matching handmade reclaimed clay tiles. Brick up timber window formed in chimney breast. Alter and enlarge window to west elevation and fit metal framed window. Replace external front wooden fence with metal railings. Remove garage doors and provide a render finish, cladding the attached annexe building with black feather board. Replace doors on either side of the link (between the main house and annexe) with double glass doors and replace flat roof with a tiled ridge roof. Internal alterations to remove internal walls, cupboards and elevator, infill door openings install new internal walls and create new internal openings.

Removal/insertion of internal partitions and external alterations to Units A, B and C including provision of external steps and ramps, new windows and doors. Provision of replacement pitched roof to Unit B and new pitched roof to Unit C and Pump House.

Demolition of detached garage and storage building. Erection of replacement detached garage / carport, including gym, roof space home office/storage and w/c.

Reforming the hidden gutter, falls and drainage points to the main house roof.
