Internal and external alterations to include removal of existing rear extensions. Erection of a single storey pitched roof rear extension and construction of a covered seating area. External works to include remedial works to roof of existing building along with rebuilding of all stone chimneys and new roof to detached lean to building, replacement of doors and windows and provision of air source heat pump. Internal alterations to include changes to each floor layout.

To strip and re-tile the rear of the roof. We currently suffering from leaks in the roof at the rear of the property which are becoming severe and may be damaging the structure of the building. The front of the roof facing the High Street is all blue slate, and two thirds of the rear is also blue slate. One third of the rear roof has Cotswold stone slate. There are leaks in both the blue slate and stone slate sections at the rear. We propose to re-tile the rear of the roof with all blue slate to match the existing five sixths of the roof?

External alterations to replace the existing Stonesfield roof slates with Sunnyside replica slates/tiles on main roof to match existing. With remedial works to existing dormer, and blue slate roof.

Internal and external alterations to include conversion of an existing garage into kitchen with reconstruction of garage roof, erection of a glazed link extension to main house. Alterations to include the replacement of existing stone slates on existing extension to natural blue slates, insertion of roof light, changes to fenestration and the blocking of an external doorway.

Internal and external alterations, including raising of roof height, to restore outbuilding to form workshop.

Internal and external alterations to replace the existing glazed roof of the Orangery with solid construction in slate, retaining the existing trusses internally.

Remedial works to include the re slating of the roof slopes using natural stone slates to front and Cardinal reconstructed stone slates to rear, replacement of velux windows roof lights to rear and repair of two first floor windows on front elevation.
