Listed Building Application: Change of use of barn from agricultural to office, involving the strengthening of the foundations, the replacement of the floor, roof and wall cladding, and the repair of structural oak frames and wall studs

Listed Building Consent for the conversion of the existing agricultural barns to offices.

To demolish the existing impactful single storey annex and erect a new highly efficient single storey home office/gym. The proposal has been designed using sensitively chosen materials and subservient in mass to Ricebridge Farm house. Prior to the existing single storey annex, a large barn once stood whereby a stone plinth can still be seen - the new home office/gym is to be built within the perimeter of the original stone plinth and lower in height than the barn that once stood.
