Listed Building Consent for:- Internal and external alterations in connection with proposed conversion of the buildings from commercial and unused warehouses to 36 residential dwellings (including revisions from previously approved scheme, 21/001400/LBC)

Install 2 EV charging points at front and create bin and bicycle storage area to the rear, landscaping works. Replacement windows and increase size of rear basement window. Internal alterations to install new partition walls, in fill existing openings, form new openings and doors, install new stairs and remove partition walls.

Variation of condition 2 (approved plans) of listed building consent LA/18/0345 (Internal and external works associated with conversion of stable block to form 5 dwellings for holiday letting and events/function facility) to allow for alterations to approved internal and external works

Conversion and extension of dovecote to form dwelling, including the installation of new openings, closure of existing openings and internal alterations
