Internal and external works. External works to include renovation/restoration to brickwork, new parapet wall to rear. Restoration of windows and alteration of library window openings to form concealed doors, roof finishes, rainwater goods, copings and cills. Demolition and replacement of existing 1970's elements in south-east corner house with two storey rear extension; new hard and soft landscaping; New enclosed ground floor link to connect wings; Construction of new garden outbuilding and glasshouse; Addition of solar panels (2 arrays). Internal works to include; Restoration of the interior fabric of the house including walls, ceilings, floor finishes, cornices, skirtings, doors, picture rails, and staircases; Removal of all fixed furniture and equipment; Alterations to interior layouts including installation of new bathrooms, cloakrooms, utility, pantry and kitchen;Replacement of existing mechanical and electrical installation

Full renovation of flat 14 and flat 15, including joining the two flats into a single flat unit creating an opening in the party wall, alterations to the interior layout, addition of suspended ceilings, new flooring with acoustic insulation, redecorating, new kitchen/bathrooms fittings and finishes, new joinery, upgrade of services, replacement/refurbishment of windows, new secondary glazing, new boiler flue at rear.

Repointing chimney stack, maintenance checks of the roof and repair where necessary, repair and renovation of the top floor including renewal of ceilings, repair of windows and additional rigidity to the floor and finish in hard wood (oak or similar).
