Re-rendering external walls over existing pebbledash with wood float finished lime render with bell cast drip and replacement gable weatherboard. Alter verge tiling as necessary to accommodate render thickness at gable end. Application of render finish to fletton brickwork to rear single storey external walls. Installation of improved ventilation with inlet grille and weathered extract through rear roof slope.
