Completely reclad the garage/annex with like-for-like feather edge timber. Replace an adjoining 20ft section of rotting fence with like-for-like feather edge timber fence. Completely reclad the studio with like-for-like feather edge timber. Replace two existing 6'x8' old sheds with one 20'x10' summerhouse.
