Flat 3 - part removal and form new stud walls and new openings to create rooms, install bathroom and kitchen with associated plumbing Flat 4 - Remove stud partition, infill doorway in first floor hallway, install larger window to rear, install stud walls and create bathroom and kitchen with roof void with associated plumbing) to include minor alterations to fenestration and first floor layout

Demolition of existing conservatory and replacement with single storey rear extension. Replacement of white uPVC double glazed windows with bespoke handcrafted painted timber with conservation accredited sealed units. Removal of masonry paint finish and replacement with lime based breathable render. Minor internal alterations, as illustrated on application drawings. Minor landscaping operations.

Formation of en-suite to master bedroom; remove lowered ceiling to first floor bedroom; floor repairs to lounge; re-order rear store including new door window and roof alteration; new window to utility room.

Reversal of alterations and proposed changes to garage to include removal of lateral steel goalpost and foam, insert tie rod and anchor plate. Hardwood entrance door, to be vertically boarded with a lintel over. Side elevation (South East) - The new opening created for the bi-fold doors will be closed. An Anchor Plate to be positioned on the brickwork. Side elevation (South West) To also include an Anchor Plate. The single glazed hardwood window will be reinstated with a hardwood lintel over.

Single storey rear extension and alterations to fenestration

First floor rear/side extension to include alterations to roof, to include dormer window.

Retrospective. Window overhaul and partial replacement. Internal alterations to move door opening and install an ensuite bathroom.

Construct single-storey side extension to existing gym/hall, to provide larger kitchen and food storage area, with current kitchen and cold store converted to dining and gym hall storage incorporating internal alterations enlarging doorway, removing walls to create servery and block up window, insert roller shutters

Insert 4 new timber sash windows, insert timber french doors and replace existing Crittall type doors all to rear. Replace kitchen door to side. Carry out internal alterations including removal of 1950's and 1960's partitions. Decorate existing timber garage.
