Installation of new painted timber windows & doors to existing openings on the rear elevation; Opening up of existing lower ground front room chimney breast & minor layout alterations, including creating new openings in the spine wall; Reconnecting the lower ground floor (currently set out as self contained) with the rest of the house through the removal of non-original stair enclosure; Restoration of an upper ground floor principle room in relocating the kitchen to its assumed original position in the lower ground floor; Restoration a first floor principle room layout by relocating bathroom to second floor level; Low level planting alterations to front & rear gardens.

Proposed internal and external alterations to a dwelling house- Installation of new internal partition walls to provide fire protection for means of escape, forming new door opening between GF rooms, alterations to existing doors and windows to rear elevation at basement level and installation of new timber glazed doors, installation of new floor access hatch and fixed timber ladder down to cellar, form new WC to half landing level between GFL and FFL, install new polyester powder coated aluminium glazed door to existing roof terrace and the removal of the modern handrail to roof terrace and installation of new glass balustrade.
