Enlargement of existing, rear, outrigger extension at first floor level to create new utility room and WC, alterations to existing dormer windows at front and rear, removal of modern bathroom and alterations to create new shower room to LGFL, re-opening of original door opening and install new kitchen at GFL, removal of modern lobby partition at GFL, install new family bathroom at SFL, Install new shower room and roof lights at TFL, remove modern portion forming airing cupboard in hallway at TFL, install new secondary glazing, install new photovoltaic and solar thermal panels at roof level, widen gate opening to rear garden wall and construct new external storage structure to rear of garden.
