Renew boundary fences as follows: (1) Remove existing and install a new metal railing fence 22 m of 1.5 m high to the rear finished in black paint to match existing. (2) Install a 1.5 m high timber picket fence on concrete posts and timber gravel boards to the left hand side boundary. (3) Install a 1.5 m high timber picket fence on concrete posts and timber gravel boards to the front boundary. (4) Install a pair of 1.5 m high timber gates to the front driveway. (5) remove existing and plant new hedges to match existing on the inside of the new rear and right hand fences (6) All metal fences to be finished in matt black paint to match existing

Erection of double carport, relocation of heating oil storage tank, replacement of defective septic tank with new system in revised location, planting of a traditional hedge along the North boundary, reopening and asphalting of existing vehicle entrance and soft landscaping after the complete removal of the remains of the original block garage
