Refurbishment of the Warden's House to include the addition of DDA access into property, internal alterations and refurbishment to GF space for SEN use, refurbishment to FF accommodation for office use, repair and replacement of external RWGs and Roof Felt.

Internal alterations and refurbishment of the existing office accommodation to the basement, first and second floors; minor works to the ground floor to enable use as meeting rooms limited to the re-provision of toilets, fitted kitchenette to the former bar, and the relocation of doors serving the East room; together with minor external works comprising repair and reinstatement works in relation to rainwater goods, masonry and associated paint work, replacement lighting, repair of existing windows and opening up one new window (reinstatement of a blocked up window), condensers on the roof, cycle provision and the repair and provision of new railings and associated works.
