The demolition and rebuilding of an existing timber framed conservatory superstructure. The removal and replacement of the existing conservatory floor and its support structure. The dismantling and rebuilding of an existing supporting brick wall. The replacement of two stone window cills. The replacement of existing stone copings. The replacement and repainting of existing render coatings. The repair and repointing of existing brick walling (part retrospective).

External alterations to include lower levels to lower ground floor path and rear courtyard, reform rear steps to rear lower ground level, new metals steps, remove redundant ancillary works, new rainwater goods to rear elevations, new windows to outshot, re-render and decorate external rear walls. Internal alterations include new openinings, works to parition and balustrade with Retrospective consent for opening in lower ground floor

Proposed installation of solar panels on roof of existing coach house. Retention of glass entrance lobby to side and glazed link in the back garden. (Part-retrospective).
