i) Installation of two-storey plant enclosure on the roof of Core 5; ii) Installation of new party wall structures to physically separate Colcutt House from Coronation House at every level; iii) New wall openings through Core 5 to provide access to the new fire escape stair; iv) Replacement of existing window at basement level to create a new fire escape onto Lloyds Avenue; and v) Internal opening and associated works.

External and internal alterations and repairs including the removal and replacement of the existing, front, painted softwood glazed patio doors and fixed side windows on the fourth floor with new varnished hardwood sliding patio doors and fixed side windows; Removal and replacement of the existing, rear, painted softwood windows on the fourth floor with new varnished hardwood bottom hinged windows; Removal and replacement of the existing painted timber and glass roof lantern on the roof level with a new curved, powder coated metal and glass roof lantern of the same height; Changing various internal doors associated frames to make them full height; Removing one section of non-structural internal stud wall in the kitchen; building several new sections of non-structural internal stud wall, one in the 3rd floor master bedroom and one in the ground floor rear study room; Replacement of balustrades; and other associated restoration works.

Internal alterations including removal of existing partitions and finishes, upgrading mechanical services, repairs to existing windows, installation of new secondary glazing, replacement of existing plant equipment at roof level, alterations to ground floor entrance elevation.

External works comprise the removal of external mechanical plant equipment and replacement equipment provided on the main roof of 6 Crane Court and the lightwell of 5 Crane Court; alterations to the existing plant room within the lightwell of 5 Crane Court including new flat roof and provision of new terrace area; removal of external railing to 5 Crane Court lightwell; and minor works to external facades to include decorations to render, windows and doors for maintenance purposes. Internal works comprise the replacement of mechanical and electrical services throughout the building; strip out of 1996 refurbishment works including removal of internal partition walls; instillation of internal partitioning and increasing width of one structural door opening; and general refurbishment works including new decorations, floor finishes and WCs fit-out.

Application under Section 19 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 (as amended) to vary condition 7 (approved plans) of listed building consent dated 24/09/2020 (19/01346/LBC) to incorporate minor material amendments comprising: (i) reconfiguration of the existing floorplate to partially infill lightwell 05 from basement to level 08; (ii) partial infill of extension of lightwell 04 from level 02-08; (iii) relocation of plant at level 07 and 08; (iv) demolition and remodelling from the existing chimney to core 05; (v) restoration of the balustrade and reconstruction of the dormer window to the southern facade; (vi) extension of the roof terrace and creation of additional terraces at roof level and in the base of the lightwell; (vii) installation of a new treatment to lightwell 05 facade and a mansard roof system; (viii) reconfiguration of access to cycle storage and facilities, including relocation of lifts; and (ix) provision of additional amenities inclusive of cycle parking, showers, lockers and waste storage.

i) Part demolition of 2-7 Salisbury Court (Grade II listed; ii) remodelling at roof level; iii) formation of new facade to south elevation, and part new facade to west elevation; iv) replacement fenestration; v) new plant; and vi) associated internal alterations. This application has been submitted alongside an application for planning permission (20/00997/FULEIA) and another application for listed building consent (20/00996/LBC).

External and internal alterations of the building including: (i) fabric removal and refurbishment works on all floors; (ii) replacement of all windows; (iii) installation of two additional lift shafts and lifts; (iv) extension of floor slabs into service risers; (v) removal of half landing toilet floors; (vi) reconfiguration of main entrance and foyer including new sesame lift, new doorways in internal wall, platform lifts to ground floor level and installation of new sesame lift at riverside level; (vii) alterations to eastern lightwell including extension into service riser with new windows and refurbishment of external fire escape stairs/lift; (viii) replacement of plant including rooftop plant rooms, lowering of south eastern corner rooftop wall and erection of roof top lobby with associated landscaped amenity terrace; (ix); and internal alterations to level -2 to create new cycle parking, changing facilities and waste storage facilities.

Installation of patio doors to existing courtyard, infill of light well, installation of roof light at third floor level and internal alterations including: (i) installation of two new internal doorways (ii) blocking up of two internal doorways (iii) removal of existing window and integral mechanical vent grille and associated internal and external alterations.
