Internal alterations to the existing buildings including: (i) reconfiguration and refurbishment; (ii) demolition of internal partitions; (iii) installation of new marble finishes within the foyers; (iv) restoration of original floor finishes; (v) installation of new internal finishes; (vi) installation of secondary glazing; (vii) infill of existing lightwells; and (viii) associated works.
