The erection of a new roof terrace, associated lift overrun and extension of stair core, the extension of the rear fire escape to roof level, installation of PV panels on roof, replacement of windows, alterations to existing entrances to create level access, internal alteration to mezzanine and new external staircase for basement access for commuters.

External and internal alterations to 5 Snow Hill together with demolition and new build associated with the change of use of a police station to a hotel with ancillary uses including: (i) refurbishment of facade to Snow Hill and the retained facade to Cock Lane; (ii) partial demolition, rebuilding and extension to provide a building ranging from 6 to 8 storeys, plus new plant at roof level; (iii) extension of existing sub-basement; and other ancillary works. (Amendment to scheme approved under 20/00933/LBC, for design amendments including the retention of existing western boundary wall, set back of the upper levels of the west elevation and atrium, and reduction of the footprint of the Snow Hill mansard roof, together with associated changes including to greening, modification to plant layout on the seventh floor, and realignment of windows on the east and south elevations).

Refurbishment and extension of the building to create additional floorspace with roof terrace for Class E use; erection of a pavilion structure at roof level; installation of new terrace areas with associated landscaping and balustrades; extension of existing plant enclosure; installation of plant equipment and kitchen extract duct; alterations to facade, including works to clock face on Fleet Street, and at ground floor level; alterations and extension to existing windows and vitrines; internal alterations to the ground floor lobby and interiors, and internal works to sixth floor heritage rooms; reinstatement of carriageway connections; provision of new ancillary facilities and other associated works.

Alterations to and refurbishment of the existing Grade II* listed Daily Express Building at 120 Fleet Street, including works to detach the building from the River Court with demolition of part of linking floorplate and structure from basement level 01 to level 06, demolition of roof and installation of new roof with associated roof garden, erection of new north facade, retention of south-east curved corner and part demolition of existing east facade from ground level to level 05, erection of new facade and shopfront, demolition of level 06 landing and extension to existing oval staircase to provide access to new roof with new core on north side incorporating new lift between roof top level and basement level 01, installation of new staircase between rooftop level and basement level 02, demolition of mezzanine at basement level 01, removal of internal partitions and associated works.

External and internal alterations together with demolition and new build associated with the change of use of a police station to a hotel with ancillary uses including: (i) refurbishment of facade to Snow Hill and the retained facade to Cock Lane; (ii) partial demolition, rebuilding and extension to provide a building ranging from 6 to 8 storeys, plus new plant at roof level; (iii) extension of existing sub-basement; and other ancillary works.

External and internal alterations of the building including: (i) fabric removal and refurbishment works on all floors; (ii) replacement of all windows; (iii) installation of two additional lift shafts and lifts; (iv) extension of floor slabs into service risers; (v) removal of half landing toilet floors; (vi) reconfiguration of main entrance and foyer including new sesame lift, new doorways in internal wall, platform lifts to ground floor level and installation of new sesame lift at riverside level; (vii) alterations to eastern lightwell including extension into service riser with new windows and refurbishment of external fire escape stairs/lift; (viii) replacement of plant including rooftop plant rooms, lowering of south eastern corner rooftop wall and erection of roof top lobby with associated landscaped amenity terrace; (ix); and internal alterations to level -2 to create new cycle parking, changing facilities and waste storage facilities.

Alterations to glazing within the existing frames, new entrance door, internally illuminated building number; door entry system and extension of an existing vent to roof level.

Internal alterations to the existing buildings including: (i) reconfiguration and refurbishment; (ii) demolition of internal partitions; (iii) installation of new marble finishes within the foyers; (iv) restoration of original floor finishes; (v) installation of new internal finishes; (vi) installation of secondary glazing; (vii) infill of existing lightwells; and (viii) associated works. External alterations including (i) part demolition of the existing roof; (ii) erection of infill extensions and two storey roof extension; (iii) creation of terraces and plant enclosure at roof level; (iv) creation of new entrances; (v) alterations to the facade; (vi) reinstatement of bottle balustrade; (vii) reinstatement of turret on Finsbury Circus elevation; and (viii) associated works.

(i) Infill extension at third, fourth, fifth floor and roof level and infill of western lightwell at lower ground floor level to provide additional office (Class B1) floorspace; (ii) creation of terrace area at third floor level; (iii) infill of the rear lightwell and part demolition and reconfiguration of the basement levels storage vaults for ancillary facilities; (iv) reconstruction of the main entrance steps ; (v) installation of a platform lift and associated alterations to the forecourt including soft landscaping; (vi) the reconfiguration of internal layouts of building from lower ground to fifth floor levels, associated external refurbishment works and reconfiguration and installation of plant equipment.
