Associated alterations and extensions include subterranean basements, which will extend beneath the mews, part courtyard and the rear sections of the listed buildings; re-instatement of the party wall in the rear courtyard; re-instatement of entrance to no.108; rear lower ground floor extensions partially infilling the rear courtyard and with roof terraces above; construction of full height closet wing extensions; reconstruction of mansard roof extension; installation of mechanical plant; and internal alterations on all floor levels (Site includes nos. 107 - 108 Eaton Square and nos. 107 - 108 Eccleston Mews)'. Variation of condition 1 of listed building consent dated 9 September 2020 (RN 20/03406/LBC) for: Alterations to extension at lower ground floor, re-rendering and repairs to stucco of front and rear elevations, excluding the ground floor, installation of replacement windows on rear elevation, alterations to the roof and A/C plant. Internal alterations including the addition and removal of partitions, alterations to the pool at sub-basement and basement level, relocation of internal service riser to outside of the building, reinstatement of fireplaces at second, third and fourth floor.' NAMELY, to vary the approved drawing numbers to remove the fireplace, chimney and pots at 4F.

Variation of condition 1 of listed building consent dated 28 November 2019 (RN: 19/07732/LBC) for the installation of two air conditioning units at first floor level, alterations to the ground floor windows, erection of a single storey roof extension at first floor level to existing residential dwelling, associated structural works and alterations to windows and doors, alterations to lightwell windows, and addition of a new external porch, replacement of cornice and associated internal works, NAMELY, to allow the reduction of portico size and alterations to approved staircase and internal ground and first floor areas.

Variation of condition 1 and 5 of listed building consent dated 21 December 2018 (RN: 18/08121/LBC) which itself varied condition 1 of listed building consent dated 03 October 2017 (RN: 17/06041/FULL) for the Excavation of single storey basement, extending into the rear garden incorporating a lightwell; erection of two storey rear extension at lower ground and ground floors, and use of the flat roof at first floor as a roof terrace, with associated railings and alterations; installation of two air conditioning units within an enclosure on first floor roof terrace; lowering of front vaults by 150mm to create plant room with boiler flue extract at pavement level; formation of new entrance lobby and door underneath the front foot path within front lightwell; replacement of metal windows to rear and front elevations with timber windows; installation of satellite dish to top of roof. Internal and external alterations including creation of two new basement levels for ancillary hotel facilities and plant outside of the footprint of the listed building, accessed via subterranean links underneath the building (revised application to include additional basements linking the consented basements to the south west side of Admiralty Arch)'. Namely, to allow the relocation of service lift 2m to the west, new firefighting entrance bridge through existing window aperture, additional apertures in area way floor with glazed flooring to allow natural light into corridors, layout alterations, and associated works.
